Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing Team Lead to join a leading UK brand in Stevenage.

Excellent high rates (Inside IR35), SC Cleared candidates only, 100% onsite & long term contract.

Required Skills

  • Advanced hands-on experience with Cisco video conferencing solutions (CMS, Expressways, B2B, MRA).
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco video conferencing endpoints (Room, SX, Personal, EQ, Webex, and Board series).
  • Experience with room peripherals, including Room Navigators, Barco, and displays.
  • Knowledge of video codecs, encryption algorithms, licensing models, and certificates.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP).
  • Good understanding of SIP/H.323, security, system administration, and VMware.
  • CCNP Voice certification is desirable.
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Level 2 telephony and video conferencing incidents.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and application issues.
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate with vendors and L3 teams.
  • Participate in telephony and video conferencing projects.
  • Provide ad hoc support to operations teams.
  • Ensure the stability and health of the telephony and video conferencing infrastructure.
  • Lead the local team and facilitate knowledge sharing.
