Fractional CISO
An exciting Martech & Measurement business in London is looking for a Fractional CISO to provide strategic security leadership across the organisation.
Based in London
Hybrid working with occasional office attendance
Ongoing contract engagement (initially expected to be circa 1-2 days per week)
Start date: ASAP
£600-£700 per day Outside IR35
The Job
As the Fractional CISO, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, assessing and developing security policies and governance frameworks
- Providing strategic security leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders
- Defining security requirements and advising on new products, systems and business initiatives
- Supporting ISO certifications and wider security accreditation programmes
- Managing governance, risk and compliance across multiple European markets
- Acting as a key advisor on information security best practice
- Working alongside internal teams who will implement security recommendations
- Ensuring the business remains compliant as it continues to scale internationally

You
- Previous CISO, Head of Information Security or senior security leadership experience
- Strong background in security policy, governance, risk and compliance
- Experience supporting security accreditations and certification programmes
- Exposure to international regulatory and compliance requirements
- Experience within Martech, Adtech, Measurement, Analytics or a similar technology environment preferred
- A strategic thinker who can influence stakeholders rather than a hands-on security engineer
- Comfortable operating in a fractional or consultancy capacity
