Citrix CSP UK Regional Sales Manager

Citrix SGS Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth across the Citrix Service Provider (CSP) ecosystem. The position focuses on recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs), helping partners develop successful Citrix-based managed service offerings.

The role serves as a champion for ArrowSphere, driving platform adoption and supporting partners in maximizing subscription-based and recurring revenue opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial insight, and the ability to independently manage a defined portfolio of service provider partners to achieve business objectives.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new Citrix Service Provider partners, with a focus on Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Develop and execute partner business plans to drive Citrix Service Provider growth, adoption, and profitability.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of ArrowSphere across the partner ecosystem.
  • Monitor and track performance indicators relating to partner growth, engagement, and recurring revenue development.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, marketing, and Citrix teams to deliver partner-focused growth initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Citrix Service Provider programme engagement across SGS and the partner community.
  • Participate in the sales compensation plan.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and enable new Managed Service Providers to join the Citrix Service Provider programme.
  • Support partners in developing Citrix-based managed service offerings and recurring revenue practices.
  • Create and execute joint business plans that drive partner growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Engage pre-sales, technical, and Citrix vendor resources where appropriate to support partner growth initiatives.

Training & Relationship Building

  • Maintain a high level of product, program, and platform knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key partners stakeholders, Citrix vendor teams, and internal departments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners grow their Citrix managed services business.

Job Complexity

  • Requires significant experience within a channel, partner management, managed services, cloud marketplace, or service provider environment.
  • Expected to work independently with minimal supervision while leveraging existing frameworks to solve complex challenges.
  • Balances multiple priorities across partner acquisition, partner development, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Provides guidance and support to internal stakeholders on CSP program requirements, partner opportunities, and cloud consumption models.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Typically requires 5–7 years of relevant experience with a 4‑year degree, or
  • 3 years of experience with an advanced degree, or
  • Equivalent professional experience.

Person Specification

  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
  • Strong understanding of subscription, consumption-based, and recurring revenue business models.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business planning capability.
  • Effective presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for partner development and cloud technologies.
