About Atlys

Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.

Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We're looking for a City Scout to help build the most reliable database of work-friendly cafes for travellers across the UK.

You'll visit cafes across your assigned city, verify information like WiFi quality, internet speed, plug points and overall work-friendliness, and submit accurate data that powers a new Atlys product. Every visit directly improves the travel experience for thousands of users.

Hiring in: London.

The Job

  • Explore and discover great cafes: Visit assigned cafes across your city, experience them as a customer, and identify places that travellers would genuinely enjoy working from.
  • Collect high-quality on-ground data: Verify key details including WiFi availability, internet speed, passwords, plug points, seating, ambience and overall work-friendliness to ensure the information is accurate and reliable.
  • Contribute to a travel product used by thousands: Capture your observations by completing a short digital survey after every visit, helping build one of the world's most reliable databases of work-friendly cafes.
  • Cover your city efficiently: Plan your visits across assigned neighbourhood clusters to maximize coverage while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Maintain exceptional data quality: Pay close attention to detail, validate every submission, and ensure the information travellers see on the Atlys app can be trusted.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
