Deichmann Store Manager Opportunity

The Deichmann Store located in Glasgow on Argyle Street are seeking to appoint a City Support Store Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary/Pay

  • Starting salary: £32,500
  • Potential to earn commission based on store turnover

Ideal Candidate

This is a really exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience in retail management who wishes to progress their career with a fast-paced growing international brand.

Key Activities

  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge, ensuring the very best level of customer service
  • Resourcing / drafting rotas, working within budget
  • Stock management
  • Analysing and interpreting sales performance data and reports
  • Making recommendations for ways to improve sales performance, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification of customer insights
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained (e.g., merchandising, admin)
  • Support the delivery of KPIs, meeting all company standards
  • Assist in recruitment and training of the team

  • Be a hands-on leader gained in a managerial role in the retail sector or similar
  • Flexible and positive approach to work
