Job Title: Civica CX Housing Systems Lead

Salary: £50,000

Location: Remote (UK-wide, occasional travel for key team events)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client are seeking a dedicated Civica CX Housing Systems Lead to take full ownership of the core housing management platform.

Having almost wrapped up Phase 1 of their Civica CX rollout, the client need an experienced systems specialist to bring Phase 1 across the finish line and directly lead the design, configuration, and execution of Phase 2.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical configuration, ensuring our systems deliver maximum efficiency for both our teams and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phase 1 Finalisation: Complete final sign-offs, resolve post-go-live residual actions, refine existing workflows, and ensure system stability across live modules.
  • Phase 2 Leadership: Lead the planning, scope, testing, configuration, and delivery of Phase 2 modules (e.g., advanced asset management, mobile working, resident portals, or enhanced reporting).
  • System Administration & Optimization: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Civica CX, maintaining system security, user permissions, workflow automation, and data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with housing management, finance, assets, and frontline teams to translate operational needs into efficient system solutions.
  • Reporting & Data: Build and refine custom operational reports, dashboards, and key management information (MI).
  • Vendor & Support Management: Act as the primary technical contact for Civica, managing escalations, upgrades, and system integrations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
