Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Are you an ambitious Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to join a respected and growing law firm in the heart of London?
We are seeking a proactive and driven solicitor to become part of a busy litigation team, handling a diverse range of civil and commercial disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, providing practical legal advice and delivering outstanding client service throughout the litigation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Preparing legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, applications, and correspondence.
- Advising clients on legal strategy and the most effective routes to resolution.
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings where appropriate.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the highest standard of legal services.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor status (England & Wales) or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Previous experience handling civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and client care skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload effectively while working as part of a wider team.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
