A highly regarded London disputes practice is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its litigation team. Due to an increase in workflow, the firm is looking to hire as soon as possible and is open to candidates seeking either a permanent position or a fixed-term contract.

Client Details

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist litigation practice that is regularly instructed on high-value, complex and often multi-jurisdictional disputes. The work is intellectually challenging, varied, and offers significant responsibility from day one.

Description

You will play a key role across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on matters from inception through to resolution. The caseload is likely to include:

Profile

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Have strong experience handling civil disputes matters
  • Be comfortable managing significant responsibility and client contact
  • Possess excellent drafting, analytical, and case management skills
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced disputes environment
  • Have experience of High Court litigation and complex contentious matters
