We are looking for new colleagues from the construction industry who are keen to shape the future with us, act sustainably and bring a wide range of projects to life: construction cost managers, construction managers, designers, engineers, and financial assistants.

As a team with our civil engineering, environmental, and foundation engineering experts, you will design and support demanding projects in the area of property drainage and outdoor facilities. You are the central specialist and contact person for our regional branches and advise them from the creation of the concept to acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Project-oriented development of subsoil and foundation concepts
  • Selection, acquisition, and control of external partners (design offices)
  • Coordination with special purpose associations, authorities, and internal project teams
  • Preparation and participation in the awarding of civil engineering services to subcontractors
  • Advisory support for the sales and project team
  • Carrying out earth static calculations and Coordination of the static system with the subsoil
  • Tendering, award preparation as well as coordination and support of special foundation and special civil engineering measures

Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or other relevant areas
  • Well-founded experience in CAD-supported designing of property drainage systems and traffic areas
  • Great interest in design issues and interdisciplinary solutions in ground engineering
  • Ability to develop designs in CAD is essential
  • Demonstrable knowledge of design, construction techniques, technical requirements, and construction regulations
  • Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and persuasiveness
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy acting independently and entrepreneurially
