Outside IR35 Civil Engineers
Offering £30-£35 per hour for an initial 3-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to support several refurbishment and conversion projects, including a bathroom block refurbishment, car park refurbishment and conversion of an existing building. With the designs already completed, the role will focus on planning applications and successful delivery of the works.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Developing programmes
- Coordinating contractors and subcontractors
- Managing resources
- Ensuring the projects remain on schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain construction programmes.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, labour, and materials.
- Plan and sequence work to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays or risks.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Review RAMS and ensure H&S requirements are met.
- Ensure works are delivered to the required quality and specification.
Experience Required:
- Strong construction planning and coordination experience.
- Experience with refurbishment, conversion, civils, or building projects.
- Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand project requirements.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS would be advantageous.
