Construction SaaS
£70,000–£85,000 basic + up to 10% bonus | London | Hybrid – 2 days per week in office
Are you a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Agent, Sub-Agent or construction professional looking to take your career in a new direction?
You’ve spent years delivering construction and infrastructure projects, managing programmes, coordinating stakeholders, solving problems on site and making sure projects are delivered effectively.
Now you may be considering a move away from the pressure, travel and unpredictability of project delivery, while still wanting to remain closely connected to the construction industry.
This could be the opportunity for you.
I’m working with a fast-growing Construction SaaS business that is looking for an Account Manager to work with some of the UK’s leading construction and infrastructure organisations.
This role offers the opportunity to take your existing construction knowledge and apply it in a technology-led, customer-facing environment. You’ll work with customers who understand the challenges you’ve experienced first-hand and help them use technology to improve the way their projects are delivered.
The Role
The key focus of the role is to help major construction and infrastructure customers get genuine value from the platform, driving adoption, account growth and long-term expansion.
You will:
- Own and develop strategic customer relationships across major construction and infrastructure accounts
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Project Delivery, Planning, Operations, Digital and Technology
- Understand how customers are using the platform across live projects
- Drive adoption and help customers embed the technology into their everyday workflows
- Identify opportunities to expand usage across projects, divisions, users and products
- Work closely with Customer Success to support onboarding, activation and ongoing engagement
- Help customers address practical challenges and improve their project delivery processes
- Own quarterly and annual account growth and expansion targets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
