Your Role
As part of the project delivery team, you will provide technical oversight across your assigned scope, ensuring that engineering activities are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to review technical deliverables, support procurement and supplier evaluation activities, resolve technical challenges during manufacturing and construction, and contribute to design reviews and inspections. A key aspect of the role will be promoting best practices and lessons learned to support efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for your assigned scope, reviewing and approving contractor deliverables and ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support contractor and supplier management through participation in tender evaluations, supplier assessments, technical reviews, and the resolution of engineering issues arising during manufacturing and construction.
- Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement by participating in inspections, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings while promoting lessons learned and the implementation of proven delivery strategies.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in delivering major projects within regulated industries. The successful candidate will bring extensive technical leadership experience, a proven track record of managing complex engineering contracts, and the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from design and fabrication through to construction and commissioning.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive engineering expertise, supported by a degree in Mechanical, Civil, Nuclear, Process Engineering, or a related discipline, with significant industrial experience in complex engineering environments.
- Strong contract and project management capability, with proven experience managing major engineering contracts, overseeing technical delivery, and ensuring compliance within highly regulated industries.
- Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to support fabrication, construction, and successful project execution.
