About the Role
We’re looking to strengthen our Civil Engineering team, with an Engineer/Senior Engineer who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients, local authorities, and water authorities, whilst playing a key role in delivering high-quality designs.
The candidate will have the ability to lead and coordinate designs on a wide variety of schemes comprising of drainage, highways, external works, and earthworks, from feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
The role offers the chance to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team with a strong pipeline of work and excellent career progression.

Requirements
- Degree/relevant qualifications in civil engineering.
- Proven experience in civils design.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment in addition to the ability to collaborate effectively with a fully remote working team.
- At least 5 years’ UK consultancy experience in infrastructure design.
- Strong knowledge of S278, S38, S104 approvals.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Causeway PDS, and Flow or equivalent design software.
- Confident managing multiple projects.
- Producing high-quality technical designs.
- Building strong relationships with clients.

Salary
£35,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
