We are seeking driven and delivery-focused Civil Engineers to join our growing engineering team on major infrastructure projects, both Contractor and Client side. We welcome applicants from all engineering backgrounds. A positive attitude, willingness to adapt, and learn are essential.

You would be a perfect fit if you’ve been a Section Manager or Sub-agent that is ready to turn their hand to delivering Design Works, or sees themselves leading into a Design or Engineering Management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active engagement and building of close relationships with Engineering and Design Managers and Construction Teams to ensure project efficiency and success through all design, construction, and handover stages.
• Collection and review of Field Change, Design Change, and Construction records to compile complete handover records.
• Providing design support to ensure compliance with current standards and legislation.
• Working with our Team to bid and tender for new Engineering contracts, preferably framework support-based.
• Ownership of clash resolution, engineering, and interface coordination between stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate project information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery challenges.
• Oversee the production and coordination of multi-disciplinary CAD and BIM deliverables.
• Understand how Information Management ties into every task and role on the project, to ensure streamlined compliance and handover delivery.
• Provide advice on adhering to digital engineering strategies and project mobilisation.
• Carry out technical engineering reviews, audits, and assurance of models, drawings, and information containers.
• Support project managers with programme planning, resourcing, and risk mitigation from a digital delivery perspective.
• Provide mentoring and technical support to junior Engineers & Technicians.
• Monitor production of deliverables to ensure issued on time and within budget.
