🛠️ The Role
- Lead and develop Highways, Drainage & Flood Risk teams
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across major projects
- Manage key client relationships
- Identify and support new business opportunities
- Lead fee proposals, bids and commercial discussions
- Support recruitment, mentoring and development of engineering teams
- Maintain high standards of technical delivery and client service
- Influence the growth strategy and long-term direction of the business
