🛠️ The Role

  • Lead and develop Highways, Drainage & Flood Risk teams
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership across major projects
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Identify and support new business opportunities
  • Lead fee proposals, bids and commercial discussions
  • Support recruitment, mentoring and development of engineering teams
  • Maintain high standards of technical delivery and client service
  • Influence the growth strategy and long-term direction of the business
