About The Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineering Foreman to lead civils teams on solar farm construction sites in Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering works including access roads, trenching, and foundations.
- Manage and motivate site teams.
- Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
- Coordinate with site managers and project teams.

Essential Requirements
- Civil engineering or groundworks experience.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- Experience leading site teams.
