We are hiring Project Manager (Mining / Construction / civil / NEC 4)
Location: Hybrid - Scotland
Hands-on Project Manager with experience in mining / Construction / NEC 4.
- Proven track record in construction, civil, or ground/geotechnical engineering, managing multiple concurrent small-to-medium project lifecycles from initiation to closeout.
- Prior experience in On-site hazard and risk assessment, incident management, rapid decision-making for site mitigation, and health & safety compliance in engineering environments.
- Direct experience procuring and coordinating framework contractors, managing specialist survey teams and familiarity with civil infrastructure, coal mining environments, ground movement/subsidence issues, and geotechnical investigation/remediation works.
- Exposure to NEC4 contract administration (basic working knowledge) and structured project risk management frameworks.

Hybrid role based locally in Scotland, requiring 2–3 days per week (approx. 60% of working time) traveling independently across Scottish operational sites.
