About the Role
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a busy, multi-disciplinary team. The role sits within a department that acts for both commercial clients and private individuals, handling a broad caseload of civil litigation matters.

- Advise individual and business clients across a wide spread of disputes, including boundary disagreements, defamation, nuisance claims (public and private), harassment, and Party Wall Act matters.
- Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation files from instruction through to resolution.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor or CILEX member holding Dispute Resolution Practising Rights, with post-qualification experience across a range of civil litigation matters.
- A genuine commitment to excellent client care and service.
- Prior experience of commercial litigation work (desirable, not essential)
- Advocacy experience in the Civil Courts (desirable, not essential)
- Experience using various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Willingness to get involved in business development
