Civil Litigation Solicitor NQ+

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: Up to GBP 55,000 (DOE)

The Role

  • Join a well-established, specialist litigation practice and develop your technical expertise in a firm renowned for its supportive and collaborative working culture.
  • Manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters and advise clients from instruction through to resolution.
  • Handle a wealth of litigated and pre-litigated claims, working alongside colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Develop your technical expertise and progress your career within a specialist credit hire and civil litigation environment.

The Candidate

  • Applications are sought from NQ Solicitors and upwards who can demonstrate experience dealing with credit hire matters.
  • The successful candidate will understand the litigation process and possess strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence when managing an independent caseload is essential, coupled with an eagerness to take the next step alongside the support of an experienced team.
  • Experience of motor claims, personal injury, or insurance litigation would also be advantageous to the application process.
