🚨 Civils Project Manager & Civils Site Manager | Hyperscale Data Centre | Northeast England
Join one of the UK's most significant Data Centre developments.
We are seeking experienced Civils Project Managers and Civils Site Managers to support the delivery of a major hyperscale Data Centre project in North East England. This opportunity is suited to professionals with a proven track record delivering large-scale, high-value construction projects within the Data Centre sector.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive Data Centre project experience
- Proven delivery of projects valued at £200M+
- Experience managing large site-based and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong civil engineering and infrastructure background
- Ability to lead subcontractors, stakeholders, and project delivery teams
- Previous experience with leading Data Centre contractors, developers, or mission-critical projects

- Leading the delivery of major civils packages
