Join the Team Building the Future of Flight

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, take on exciting challenges, and be part of a team that's shaping the future of aviation?

At Malloy Aeronautics, you'll play a key role in helping us develop innovative technology that's changing the way the world moves.

Who are we?

We're on a mission to revolutionise unmanned flight. At Malloy Aeronautics, we develop advanced heavy-lift UAVs for both defence and commercial applications.

What sets us apart is our in-house approach. From design and engineering to manufacturing and testing, the majority of our work happens under one roof in Berkshire, allowing us to innovate quickly, maintain exceptional quality, and bring ideas to life faster.

For our teams, that means hands-on involvement, real ownership, and the opportunity to help shape the future of aviation.

What are we looking for?

The Civil Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing business development and sales activities across civilian markets for Malloy Aeronautics. This role focuses on managing complex, long-cycle sales campaigns, building strategic relationships with civilian industry stakeholders, and supporting the company’s international growth strategy.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Malloy’s presence across UK and export markets, helping to position the organisation’s advanced UAV and aerospace solutions. This position requires a commercially astute and driven professional capable of navigating regulated procurement environments while working closely with engineering, programme, and leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK

What you’ll be doing (but not limited to):

Business Development & Sales

  • Manage and prioritize commercial sales opportunities across 3 headline civilian sectors: Utilities (Gas, Oil and Wind), Ports/Maritime and Services
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities (outside the above sectors) within UK and international markets
  • Lead and support civilian sales campaigns from opportunity qualification, proposal and bid development through to contract award
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and CRM records

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
