Job Description

We are hiring a Site Supervisor (Mechanical/Electrical) to start asap to work on this critical infrastructure project. We are looking for a safety-first leader to oversee mechanical and electrical construction activities on-site and support delivery of a high-quality, sustainable facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ). Actively encourage and lead site and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements.
  • Risk Control: Ensure risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed against HSE requirements, and that all work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS. Take responsibility for the safety and HSE performance of all personnel under your control, stopping work where safety might be compromised.
  • Technical Delivery: Implement standardised methods to identify and resolve complex problems on-site, and plan and implement installation testing procedures.
  • Subcontractor Management: Co-operate with erection contractors and co-ordinate consortium partners and sub-contractors to ensure works are executed in accordance with the contract, on time and within budget.
  • Commercial & Reporting: Progress change requests (technical, time and cost), and prepare and follow up deviations and claims.
  • Continuous Improvement: Deliver lessons learned and feedback for current and future projects, and follow up to ensure timely closure of contractor punch items.
  • Communication: Keep the Site Manager informed of all site-related activities at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
