Graduate Engineers & Experienced Civil / Structural Engineers
📍 Exeter | Bath | Bristol | Cardiff
Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Craddys is looking to expand its team and is now recruiting both Graduate Engineers and experienced Civil and Structural Engineers across all our offices.

Graduate Engineers – Immediate start and 2027 Intake
Our ICE Approved Graduate Training Scheme is designed to help ambitious engineers develop their technical skills and progress towards chartership.
We're looking for candidates who:
- Are studying Civil Engineering or a related discipline and expect to achieve a 2:1 or above
- Are enthusiastic, curious and keen to develop their engineering career
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Want to work on a broad range of exciting projects within a supportive team environment
Experienced Civil & Structural Engineers
We're also keen to hear from talented engineers who are looking to accelerate their careers within a growing consultancy.

You may be:
- Working towards or already holding Chartered status with ICE or IStructE
- Experienced in the design of civil or structural engineering projects
- Looking for greater responsibility, client exposure and career progression
