Civils Supervisor - Water Infrastructure
Permanent Opportunity | Company Vehicle | Career Progression
I'm currently working with an established civil engineering contractor looking to strengthen its operational delivery team following continued project growth across the water infrastructure sector.
We're looking to speak with experienced Civils Supervisors who enjoy leading from the front, taking ownership of site operations and delivering high-quality civil engineering projects safely and efficiently.
Whether you're an experienced Civils Supervisor looking for your next challenge, or an ambitious General Foreman ready to take the next step, I'd be keen to hear from you.
The Role
This is a varied supervisory position where no two days are the same. Working across a portfolio of civil engineering and utility infrastructure projects, you'll take responsibility for coordinating site activities, leading operational teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
You'll play a key role between the site teams and project management, helping to maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity throughout delivery.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
