Location will be Site based in different site locations across the country

Are you ready to build your career with a supportive, hands-on civils team? We’re looking for Civils Groundworkers of all experience levels to join us, develop their skills, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work as part of a team, delivering all aspects of groundworks
  • Installation of platforms
  • Able to use a laser level, and read drawings (not essential but would be a benefit)
  • Steel fixing and shuttering (not essential but would be a benefit)
  • Drainage installation
  • Concreting skills
  • Polite manner and good communication skills
  • Conduct self in a way that reflects and promotes the Van Elle company values
  • Understand and act in accordance with Van Elle’s policies and procedures.
  • Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in civils groundworks
  • Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card
  • CPCS excavator 10t and above or Npors with CSCS logo
  • CPCS FWD tipping dumper or Npors with CSCS logo
  • CPCS roller or Npors with CSCS logo
  • First aid
  • Temporary work Supervisor
  • Lift supervisor
  • Strong work ethic and Punctuality
  • Able to Work Nationwide
  • SSSTS/SMSTS (Not essential but would be a benefit)

Other Requirements:

  • Eligible to work and live in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel in the UK.
  • A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (desirable)

What you’ll get in return:

  • Hours of work are 7.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
