Civils Quantity Surveyor
Location: Liverpool
Competitive salary package
We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering contractor delivering a range of projects across the region.
The successful candidate will have a strong civils subcontracting background, with experience across civils, groundworks, and drainage projects. The nature of the business, some estimating experience would be an advantage. Typical project values range from £100k up to around £5million.

We're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong civils / groundworks background
- Experience with drainage packages
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to manage projects from procurement through to final account
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
