Civils Supervisor - SC Cleared
Location: Chester
Job Type: Contract / Permanent
Rate: Competitive, DOE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to work on energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy civils, ducting, drainage, and groundworks, with experience supervising site teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil engineering activities on site.
- Oversee ducting, drainage, groundworks, and associated energy civils.
- Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, and plant.
- Ensure works are completed safely and in line with programme and specification.
- Carry out site inspections and monitor quality.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, and engineers.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Essential Requirements
- Current SC Clearance - Essential
- Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor.
- Strong background in energy civils, ducting, drainage, and groundworks.
- Experience supervising teams and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
