Vacancy Introduction

Are you an experienced civils professional with a passion for leading teams, driving high standards, and delivering essential infrastructure projects safely and efficiently? We're looking for a proactive and organised Civils Supervisor to oversee Clean Rivers and Seas (CRaS) projects, ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of civils works across bathing water and river separation sites within the Clean Rivers and Seas programme. You will supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders, you will monitor progress, maintain quality standards, ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements, and provide clear leadership on site. The role also involves planning and coordinating activities, managing site documentation and reporting, resolving operational challenges, and supporting the development of team members to achieve successful project outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
