Are you a brilliant claimant-focused qualified employment lawyer with a sense of humour, super high work standards and fantastic client care skills?

This is a legal job like you have never seen before…

  • Do you miss the chance to take your kids to school, put them to bed, or attend school assemblies?
  • Do you feel like you spend more time with your colleagues than with your family?
  • Did you kiss your quality of life goodbye a while ago?
  • Are you fed up of travelling to the office every day just to go to virtual meetings?
  • Do you feel trapped in your job by the traditional “career progression” journey?
  • Want to work flexibly full or part time to fit with your life?

It doesn't have to be like this!

At Rebel Law we stand for something different. Something rebellious in the industry:

People over profits!

A previous candidate called this a “Unicorn Job”!

Do you yearn to leave the rat race of:

  • Commuting
  • Billable hours
  • Ridiculous fee targets
  • Office politics
  • Corporate culture
  • Watercooler nonsense
  • Hamster wheeling
  • Partner pleasing?

We offer a new way of being a lawyer:

  • One that puts clients first, with a heckload of job satisfaction for you
  • Genuine flexibility, not lip service. So long as the work is done, done well and clients are happy, all is good
  • Mostly fixed fees so no clock watching
  • No bureaucracy or unnecessary admin
  • A tight knit supportive team
  • Tailored fees to client affordability
  • Fully remote working
  • Full or part time.

We do not run high caseloads - we focus on quality of work for our clients and quality of life for you

We offer really interesting and worthy work for lovely clients, an amazingly brilliant and supportive community of like-minded colleagues to collaborate with, bounce ideas off, and generally help to avoid home-working isolation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
