Join a highly reputable Lloyd's Managing General Agent (MGA) known for its commitment to excellence in the insurance industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining the dynamic atmosphere of office life in the City with the flexibility of working from home. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and adjust property and general liability claims emanating from both the UK and international markets
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to evaluate claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather relevant documentation to support claims decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to resolve claims issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations based on claim assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a claims adjuster, preferably within property or general liability sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex claims cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and industry standards in the UK or international markets.
  • Available to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
