WK Webster (Gallagher Bassett company) are looking for a Trainee Case Handler to join our team.
You’ll work on some of the most high-profile shipping cases, including salvage, general average, and recovery.
This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, receive full training, and grow into a case handler role.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Preparing and issuing invoices and reports for clients.
- Managing claims and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaising with lawyers when litigation is needed.
- Using our in-house systems to track and manage cases.
About You
- A legal background or degree is desirable but not essential.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment.
