Manage claims efficiently from notification to settlement, ensuring swift turnaround times and consistently high service standards

  • Negotiate with insurers and markets to achieve optimal outcomes and support long-term client retention
  • Provide clear, timely, and accurate claims advice to clients as required
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all claims documentation and respond to enquiries relating to claims handling
  • Oversee the secure, efficient, and auditable handling of client monies, proactively managing claims payments
  • Maintain and update internal systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Liaise closely with placing teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure overall client requirements are met
  • Prepare and analyse claims statistics for internal reporting and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market contacts
  • Perform quality control checks on all claims documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Adhere fully to internal policies, procedures, and training requirements, including those relating to compliance, legal, and financial crime regulations
  • Comply with all external rules and regulatory requirements relevant to the role, including applicable market and regulatory standards
  • Promote company values and contribute positively to the organisation’s reputation within the market
