Claims Administrator

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend

Salary: £27,000 + negotiable depending on experience

Do you have experience working with Insurance claims or looking to move into this type of role that offers true work-life balance? We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our claims department, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processing of insurance claims while enjoying highly adaptable flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Claims Processing: Validate, register, and manage incoming insurance claims from notification through to final settlement.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all claims data, correspondence, and evidence are accurately logged in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact, updating clients, insurers, third parties, and loss adjusters throughout the claims lifecycle.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare claims performance reports and handle routine queries.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Administration in a claims role or a similar insurance role, however this is not essential.
  • Qualifications: Cert CII qualification is highly preferred (or a commitment to working towards it with our full financial support).
  • Skills: Excellent telephone manner, and understanding of various communication methods.
  • Mindset: An empathetic, proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure and manages time effectively.
