Overview

Our client, an international insurance business, is seeking a Claims Administrator to support customers throughout the claims process while maintaining accurate records and delivering responsive service.

You will handle customer enquiries, claims correspondence, and settlement activity, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes. The role offers exposure to insurance, legal, and regulatory matters, alongside opportunities to develop your knowledge in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and written correspondence, providing effective support at the first point of contact.
• Process claims-related correspondence accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support positive claims outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements with third parties.
• Maintain accurate claims data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Work with automated and technology-assisted processes.
• Develop knowledge of relevant insurance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret technical information within claims documentation and resolve customer issues.
