We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to Lead data analytics for our Home Claims function, turning complex data into clear insights that improve performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver better customer outcomes. You'll combine strong leadership, analytical expertise, and stakeholder influence to shape the future of Home Claims through data-driven thinking.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics and insight delivery across Home Claims.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within claims performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive data-led decisions.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement through data and insight.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Strong experience in Home Claims analytics.
- Proven people leadership and team development skills.
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

- Knowledge of claims operations and performance metrics.
- Experience using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
