Job Opportunity: Claims Assistant (Aftermarket Automotive Warranty)

Key Responsibilities

As our Claims Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our claims department, keeping everything organized and ensuring our drivers get back on the road quickly.

  • First Point of Contact: Review incoming vehicle claim requests via our portal, email, and phone, ensuring our customers feel supported right from the start.
  • Data Management: Keep our system running smoothly by accurately updating claim files, customer vehicle details, and repair facility estimates.
  • Team Liaison: Act as a friendly bridge between drivers, mechanics/repair shops, and our senior claims adjusters to gather missing details like photos or parts invoices.
  • Agreement Review: Check agreement coverage dates, mileage limits, and terms to help jumpstart the initial claim process.
  • Operational Support: Help out with team calendars, process approved repair payouts, and pitch in on general administrative tasks.

What You Bring to the Table

  • An Upbeat Attitude: Energetic, empathetic, and genuinely excited to help people navigate vehicle repairs.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or office support. A background or interest in cars, automotive parts, service writing, or warranties is a major plus—but a willingness to learn is what we care about most!
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quick to pick up new internal software.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, great organization, and the ability to stay positive when multitasking.
