Claims Co-ordinator – Stoke / Hybrid

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Claims Co-ordinator to support our Loss Adjusters and help deliver a smooth, efficient claims journey for our customers and clients. What will your day look like:

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact.
  • Managing your daily tasks within agreed SLAs to keep claims moving.
  • Chasing internal and external suppliers to ensure timely progress on each claim.
  • Proofreading documents and correcting grammar, spelling, and punctuation with precision.
  • Following Data Protection procedures and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Navigating company systems and processes with confidence.
  • Spotting inconsistencies or issues and escalating them to your Line Manager.
  • Adapting to changing customer needs and supporting the wider team when required.
