Role Summary And Purpose
- Manage portfolio of claims across various business lines
- Handle and assess claims in line with the Arch claims philosophy
- Attend market claims meetings as required
- Report to Underwriters on claims trends/significant claims as required
- Liaise with brokers, stakeholders, and insureds as required

- Adjust, assess, and manage claims within own defined authority
- Act as referral point and ensure new claims and notifications are dealt with promptly and reported as required
- Ensure coverage is accurately reviewed and that reserving is correctly set and maintained
- Manage internal reporting to London claims team
- Interaction and support of claims management as required
- Prompt reporting of large losses internally

Qualifications
- Desire to work towards CII qualifications
Experience
- Experience within the insurance industry required, London Market desirable
