Job Overview

We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our Customer Service team. As a Claims Handler within our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing customer claims efficiently and professionally. You will handle various claim types, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the trust and loyalty of our customers, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.

Duties

  • Process and manage customer claims from initial notification to resolution
  • Ensure all claims are documented accurately within the company’s systems
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to resolve complex claims efficiently.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to claim resolution times and customer satisfaction

Experience

  • Previous experience in a claims handling, customer service, or administrative role (preferably within telecoms or insurance industries).
  • Strong experience in customer interaction and issue resolution
  • Experience in managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess claims and identify solutions
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365.
