Job Description
Join our Tier 1 Financial & Professional Risks (FPR) team, recognised nationally for its defendant professional negligence expertise. Working within our delegated authority claims handling team, you will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity and third-party property damage claims on behalf of insurer clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-litigated insurance claims from instruction through to resolution.
- Investigate claims, assess policy coverage, and develop resolution strategies.
- Build strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, and insurer clients.
- Provide regular updates on claim progress, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain accurate records and support wider team objectives.

About You
- Experience in insurance claims handling or pre-litigated matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proactive, professional, and adaptable approach to work.
