Claims Handler – Hybrid (Trainee)
Location: Manchester, UK – Hybrid
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 + Training
Working Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid
Experience: Trainee / Entry Level
About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Claims Handler to join a growing team in a hybrid position based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in insurance, claims, customer service or financial services.
Full training will be provided, so previous claims experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer claims and enquiries professionally
- Review and process claims accurately
- Gather relevant information and supporting documentation
- Liaise with customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and update systems
- Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the claims process
About You
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computer systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Customer-focused and professional approach
