This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about helping people. Whether you already have experience in claims or contact centres, or you’re looking to build a career in this area, this role would suit someone who is confident communicating, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

A bit about the job:

As a Claims Handler, you’ll support customers when they need us most, managing claims and guiding them through what can often be a stressful experience. You’ll be responsible for making liability decisions, setting clear expectations, and helping customers get back on the road as quickly as possible. As the role evolves, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the full claims journey, contributing to great customer outcomes and business success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
