We are currently looking for a Claims Insights Specialist to join our team based out of our Nottingham office.

The role will support our Claims Governance function by delivering insights and analysis that help drive performance, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen oversight of delegated claims providers.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in identifying claims trends, supporting business transformation initiatives, and influencing process improvements across the claims operation. Working closely with stakeholders across Claims, Risk, Compliance, Audit and IT, you will help deliver meaningful change while contributing to strategic business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within the insurance claims sector, strong analytical and reporting capabilities, and a proven track record of supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives. You will also be comfortable interpreting complex data, identifying opportunities for enhanced performance, and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
