We are a fast-growing global reinsurance specialty company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe, and North America.
About the Role
Due to growth, we’re enhancing our legal claims operational support with a brand-new role, reporting to our Claims Vendor Management leader.
We’re looking for a detail-focused Claims Legal Vendor Analyst to support our legal bill review programme across UK, US, and EU claims portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound billing of legal matters, law-firm records, rates, and invoice workflows in Bill ReviewIQ, ensuring accurate data, clear audit trails, and responsive support for claims teams, TPAs, and legal vendors.
- Help administer invoice appeals, produce programme reporting, and support onboarding and system changes.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in legal billing and legal operations.
- Beneficial background in claims operations, procurement, or vendor management within insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with legal e-billing or bill-review platforms, including reviewing legal invoices against agreed rates and billing rules, maintaining firm and timekeeper data, and managing invoice exceptions.
- Confident working with law firms and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized.
- Comfortable using Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
