Summary

We’re looking for a Claims Operations Team Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional outcomes for our clients. This is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of claims handling at one of the world’s leading advisory, broking, and solutions companies.

This hybrid role is based in our Ipswich office and offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across our global network—including London, Mumbai, and other WTW offices—as well as with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders involved in the claims process.

The Role

As a Claims Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of claims professionals, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality claims service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and development of your team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence (OpEx) principles.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business change programmes across Claims Operations.
