We’re hiring! Join a leading global insurance organisation as a Claims Operations Analyst, supporting the International Claims function and helping ensure the smooth delivery of claims operations across a complex London Market environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with claims, insurance operations experience who is looking to broaden their expertise within a highly regarded insurer. Working closely with Claims, Operations, Shared Services and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring high service standards are delivered across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide operational and administrative support to the International Claims team
- Respond to and resolve queries from Shared Services and internal stakeholders
- Manage payment-related queries and support issue resolution
- Validate and process London Market message queues and suspense items
- Support the processing and validation of claims bordereaux and loss funds
- Assist with the creation, maintenance and enhancement of claims processes and procedures
- Support operational changes driven by regulatory developments, market reform initiatives and best practice adoption
- Contribute to systems testing, training activities and process improvement projects
- Develop strong working relationships with claims handlers, brokers, coverholders, reinsurers and third-party service providers
- Provide project and operational support across a range of business initiatives as required

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience within Claims Operations, Insurance Operations or Claims Administration
- Experience working within a Lloyd’s Managing Agent, London Market Insurer or Insurance Company environment
- Knowledge of claims bordereaux validation and processing
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to understand end-to-end operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience working with insurance systems such as PAS, ClaimCenter, IRIS or similar platforms would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of operational challenges and projects
