The Team

  • Join our Customer Claims team, where helping people is at the heart of everything we do. Our team supports customers through important moments, providing reassurance, guidance and practical solutions when they need us most.

You'll work alongside supportive colleagues who are committed to delivering great customer outcomes and creating a positive team environment where everyone can learn and succeed.

What does a typical day as a Customer Claims Advisor look like?

  • Supporting customers when they need us most and guiding them through their claims journey

Our dedicated Learning & Development team will give you all the training you need, and our supportive leadership team will be there to guide and encourage you every step of the way. All we ask is that you have a genuine passion for helping customers.

This role is based on-site at our Halifax office. We believe that working together in person enhances collaboration, engagement and supports your growth and development, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and build strong relationships across the team.

Working pattern

  • Typical working hours are 8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning working.
