We're looking for an experienced and motivated Claims Team Leader to join our Claims team and help drive operational excellence, colleague development, and outstanding customer outcomes.

Package
- Salary: Starting from £34,000 pa
- Benefits:

Location
- Remote
Full Time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern.
- Weekend Work: Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
Start Date
- Start Date: September 21st 2026
- Training: You must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.
What You’ll Bring As a Claims Team Leader
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a claims, insurance, or regulated customer service environment.
- Strong people management and performance coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing workloads, priorities, and service delivery targets.
- A customer-first mindset with the confidence to handle complex customer situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to leadership.
- A passion for developing people and creating engaged, high-performing teams.

About The Role
As a Claims Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Claims Handlers and Senior Claims Handlers, ensuring service standards, quality measures, and performance targets are consistently achieved.
You'll play a key role in coaching and developing colleagues, managing team performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting customers through complex and escalated claims situations.
Working closely with the Claims Operations Manager and wider business teams, you'll help create a positive, customer-centric culture where people can thrive and deliver their best work.
