Key Responsibilities
- Register new claims notifications and maintain accurate case records across internal systems, giving you foundational exposure to specialist claims and complex policy structures.
- Process verified claim payments and prepare bordereaux submissions for specialist medical facilities, developing your understanding of technical accounting, settlement procedures, and financial workflows.
- Compile regular claims statistics and management information for internal review, sharpening your analytical capabilities and giving you visibility over team portfolio performance.
- Collaborate on daily case management and administrative actions alongside senior claims executives, providing you with direct mentoring and the practical skills required to progress into a dedicated claims handling role.

Requirements
- A proactive attitude and strong enthusiasm to develop a long-term career within the specialty insurance sector
- Strong numerical accuracy and administrative discipline, with solid working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Effective organizational skills with the capability to manage tasks comfortably and meet set deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a team-focused mindset, suited to working closely with colleagues in an office environment.
