HGV Class 1 Driver Banbury
We are currently recruiting temp to perm HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing day work based in Banbury.
The Role
This position involves delivering predominantly to small manufacturing sites. Drivers will be required to internally strap loads and secure curtains on the trailers at collection points as part of their daily duties. No manual unloading is required, as all deliveries are forklift-assisted at customer sites.

Job Details
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Start Times: Between 04:00 and 07:00
- Shift Length: Up to 12 hours per day
- Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Ability to safely strap and secure loads and trailer curtains
- Good understanding of load security procedures
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
